Lately a lot of people are getting hacked, if you have any special items like:
Founders' Hat, Gazelle Horns, Mech Angel Helmets, Rhino Helmet, Spikes, Pigtails,
and so on you might should use these tricks. :)
But ALSO if you're afraid of getting hacked you can always use them anyway!
So let's go. :3
First of, change your password at LEAST every month. Better if it's every 2 weeks or every week.
If it's hard for you to remember, maybe write it somewhere, where no one can see it.
Next is, always when you log off for a longer time ( such as 1 hour or more ) be sure to LOCK your account.
Of course only if you want to! :D
How do I lock my account?
Easy :) You log into your Parent Dashboard, now log in, if you don't have an account already click on"Activate your Account".
After you activated it, you will find a page with all your accounts that are registered on that Email Adress for the
Parent Dashboard. You just choose one of your account's and click on "Lock". Once it's locked no one can enter it, not even you. But no worries! You can unlock it
when you wanna play Animal Jam again :)
If you really seem to gonna get hacked, maybe change your Dashboard.
You're new Dashboard Email shouldn't be an obvious one though.
As an example, your username is "FluffyCats" don't use as Parent Dashboard Email an Email like, as an example, this one: FluffyCatsAJ@gmail.com
But use a hard one, that no one would ever think of.
How to change my Parent Dashboard?
there will be "account settings" which give you the possibility
to change anything you want to change.
As an example, your Email from the Parent Dashboard.
Just enter your new Email Adress, be sure you enter it correctly!
Then click on "save" and you're done :)
